Journal Policies
1. Open Access Policy
AOJSE is committed to providing open access to all published content. All articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide, allowing for the widest possible dissemination of research. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to publish the work.
2. Peer Review Policy
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure high-quality and unbiased evaluation. Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts. The final decision lies with the editorial board based on reviewers' recommendations.
3. Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy
AOJSE adheres strictly to the guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, including but not limited to:

4. Plagiarism Policy
All submissions are checked for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts found to contain significant levels of unoriginal content will be rejected or returned to the author for revision. AOJSE accepts a maximum of 15% similarity (excluding references).
5. Author Responsibilities

8. Withdrawal and Retraction Policy
Authors may request withdrawal before publication, but once published, articles can only be retracted for valid ethical or legal reasons. AOJSE reserves the right to retract published articles in case of:

9. Licensing Policy
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This allows anyone to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, provided the original authors and source are credited.
10. Archiving Policy
AOJSE ensures the long-term availability of its content by archiving published articles in multiple databases and repositories.
